Cleansing services for residential wall-mounted split-type air-conditioner (indoor unit) and thermo ventilator are performed onsite at customer’s residence by our technicians. Residential window-type air -conditioners are generally collected and returned to our workshop for service. Cleansing services are not available in Hong Kong outlying islands areas (except Tung Chung and Discovery Bay). If, after the onsite inspection, the technician determines that the appliance is not suitable for the requested cleansing service or if the customer refuse the cleansing service upon the technician’s arrival, a service call charge of HK$150 per appliance will be imposed. Customers are responsible for removing and reinstalling any fixtures, fittings, or renovations that may obstruct the cleansing service, and for all related expenses.
